How much RAM for my multi-task, gaming PC?

I was wondering how much RAM I would need in order to play a game like BF1 which takes up like what, 10gb of RAM? And have maybe like 7-10 Chrome tabs open with one of them being a stream on Twitch on Source quality. I want to be able to do all of those things at the same time since I use my PC for multiple tasks, watching a stream at high quality on Twitch and playing games which is why I'm building a new PC. I've done a bit of research and it seems that 16gb is the recommended amount but I'm not sure if it can handle all of my needs that I mentioned earlier. Price is not an issue for me. I was thinking maybe 32gb could handle all of that?

16gb will certainly be able to do what you want now, but because adding RAM to existing kits is inadvisable, 32gb gives you more room for whatever the future may hold (for almost any and all 'home' users) during the machine's life.

See, some say 16gb and others say 32gb. I feel like 16gb will be just enough to handle it but I want more than enough just to be sure and for the future. If that makes any sense..
