(Excuse my english, i speak spanish)
So... My pc isn't running games very good, i have an AMD Radeon 6450 Graphic card, 4gb ram and windows 7 32 bits, and games ike skyrim runs me abount 30 fps

i don't have a lot of knowledge about computers and drivers, so yesterday i "updated" my graphic card by downloading the most recent drivers in AMD's webpage, and today i wanted to play Saints row IV(Normaly runs me at 20 FPS), But now is unplayable, it runs me above 10 FPS... Now, i tried playing another games that runned me very well in the past, but all of them have a considerable FPS Drop now and are unplayable.
I read that using DDU is highly recommended before updating any graphic driver, so i used it and reinstaled the drivers, but everything still the same.
I have no idea what to do.

These are the drivers i've installed before fucking up my computer. (also, before using DDU).

-Crimson ReLive Edition 16.12.2 (http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+32)

-Catalyst Software Suite (http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy3&os=Windows+7+-+32)

Then, i used DDU but only installed "Catalyst Software Suite".

Solution
From what I can tell you've installed the incorrect driver for your graphics card. Refer to this. The HD 6000 series are classed as legacy hardware now and the new drivers do not officially support older hardware (more specifically non-GCN hardware it seems).

Download the correct driver version on the linked page and see it there's an improvement.
