@Elysian890 and nitrium : good gosh. You kidding right? RX 480 only uses 150W at max. And the chosen psu is not a shabby one either. Below link show how it work against GTX 1080, although I would not recommended pushing it against 1080, but Rx 480 should be fine with that psu.

Your chosen ram is a bit down for now since its unable the dual channel by using 1 piece of ram (need 2 exact speed of ram to enable dual channel), but your decision open the upgrade ram possibility in the future. Its up to you. Slower now but can upgrade later, OR, faster now (2x 4Gb will enable dual channel) but will cost more when upgrade later (you have to resell the 2x 4Gb)...

Not really. Going by Tom's review, an RX 480 shouldn't draw much more than 160 watts under load, and the rest of those components shouldn't draw much more than 100 watts or so. At most, that system should only be drawing around 300 watts from the PSU while gaming. A semi-decent 500 watt PSU should have plenty of overhead to power a system like that. However, I'm not familiar with that brand of PSU, and couldn't tell you whether that particular model could be considered "semi-decent" or not. >_>

Regarding cpu, I would recommended you to get i7. Newer game need more thread rather than new architecture. The sandybridge (2nd generation) i7 can outperform 7th generation of i5 in newer game that require more thread. Most people always blaming that the game maker are not efficient, but thats the reality, its time to move forward.

If you really don't have anymore money, than you decide wheather to buy now but will have much shorter lifetime as the i5 will surely bottleneck newer games. Or wait until you can save another US$100 for i7 that ensure longer lifetime.

Good luck
