I would personally say black, but that build is extremely poorly balanced.
You have RGB, RGB and more RGB, but you have a less than optimal power supply (bare minimum with a 1070) and only an i5 with liquid cooling which is a very poor distribution of funds.
The motherboard is just straight overkill, as is the memory.
Also, only 1TB of storage and no SSD in that price bracket is unacceptable.
There's no point having a flashy PC if it doesn't perform well.
Get this instead, the stock fans are fine.
