PC cpu psu gpu fans work, case fans not working no display

as the title i have problem with display i tried everything (expect clean cpu fan) i was trying for my new pc build but there are no display i checked every cable everything is connected

but i found that the cmos jumper not there, is it necessary? and the case fans (4fans) not working i don't know why but can you guys help me fast

my pc specs

cpu: i5 3470
gpu: gigabyte GTX 760
mobo: Z77 D3H (rev1.2)
psu : Gigabyte 720WATT
rams : kingstone 2*8 gigs (tried to clean it)

Yes you will need the cmos jumper, without it the mobo won't mode to boot into, normal or reset/safe settings.
You will need to go by a computer store and ask one of the technicians for 1 mobo jumper.

Just do what you need to do, but if what you said is true about the jumper not being on cmos pins on the mobo.
Thats where your problems will be mainly at, after you get the jumper on it into normal position.
Hook everything back up minus hdd/cd-dvd-bd drives, make sure the mobo is mounting pegs of the case and pwr,reset,hdd led wires is connected right.
It should fire up successfully upon start up, tell your brother you will buy him dinner if he drives you, that will make him move faster.
