I have a EVGA GTX 950, amd fx 8320e black edition, and getting 40-100 fps on csgo. I have the best launch options and running LOWEST resolution and settings, but still getting shitty fps. Please help me. I just built this and its so fucking bad.

This is quite normal unfortunately. I own a fx 8320 myself and the entire pile driver lineup is just terrible at single core performance, cs go rarely utilities more than 3 threads at once. It's only when you start overclocking to past the 4ghz point before you start getting around 110-150fps on the LOWEST settings. You can try using the -thread command on the cs go launch options however this may cause instability in the game so I would not recommend more than 6 threads. If it means anything at 4.5 ghz you can get a constant 200fps with almost no dips on the LOWEST settings.

I run MSI afterburner and I see this: https://gyazo.com/630e3bf5bc334a7265f1f41ceb68ddbd . Not sure if these numbers mean anything to you, but when i'm in game i dont see an on-screen display of any kind.
