Wanting to get a good 144hz, 1ms monitor soon after i finish my build. Need advice on what monitors to look into purchasing. Mostly play Esport games but occasionally play AAA games. Build will have EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB CLASSIFIED GAMING ACX 3.0 Video Card in it. Thanks for the help.

My advice would be to look for a refurbished monitor that fits what you're looking for. You can get 20-30% off of a really high end monitor that will fit in your budget and the quality control on refurbished monitors is arguably higher than new ones.

I got the Asus VG248QE and have had it for quite some time now. Never had any problems, works perfectly. I use to play as semi/professional CS:GO player and know a bunch of mates who chose this over BenQ and none of them have regretted it.
