Depends on your requirments. If you want more performance while gaming get a better graphics card such as a 1060 or an rx480.
But if you want to do some heavy video editing you might consider going for a better motherboard combo such as the z270+i5 7500

the question is for what purpose ?
light gaming, productivity, media consumption, web surfing - you machine is OP.
you can treat yourself with an SSD.
If you want to run a bit more demanding games, GPU is the obvious candidate for the upgrade. though it seems you just did it recently.

SSD. You could pair that i5 with a 1060 for a better gaming experience graphically, but running purely off the hdd is going to slow everything down some. I'd suggest at minimum a 120Gb ssd, but there are some good deals on 240-256Gb ssd as well. Depending on the budget.
