128bg USB limited to 32gb after using it for installing windows 10

Like the title says, I just used my 128gb PNY USB to reinstall windows 10 with creation tool. But now it's limited to 32gb. Even after a format. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks for any and all help!

you can go to disk management utility on your windows machine and check that there is no "unallocated" space on USB drive.
Also be sure to use file systems (when formating) that support large partitions.
