I'm getting a PowerColor RED DRAGON Radeon RX 480 4gb
https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131706&cm_re=rx_480_4gb-_-14-131-706-_-Product

And wondering if this PSU can work with this 480 and my setup?
EVGA 400W

I took a picture of the amps and voltage stuff:

Is the voltage/amps fine for the RX 480, because I heard it needs 12v with like 29a, not sure what that means..

I can't really get another PSU, because I'm on a budget (I'm 15). So, is this PSU fine with the RX 480 I plan on getting?

I currently have a prebuilt Acer PC:
I7-6700
R9-360
8 GB DDR3
300W PSU included in my acer pc, but I'm going to add my 400w psu into that pc because I was making a PC and had this one but ended up not finishing that pc. So thats why I'm replacing that psu acer included in my prebuild and adding my EVGA 400W psu.

Edit: my prebuilt system has r9 360 which requires 85 watts. They included no name 300w power supply in the system.

So, a rx 480 requires ~150 watts, and if I use my EVGA brand name 400w power supply.
Wont that be good? I should have some watts left over, because I take away 85 watts, and add extra 100w psu with a gpu that uses only 65 more watts?

So with those specs, will I be able to use my RX 480 4gb?

Well, not sure if your PSU is the one in the link but if it is, it just proves that you have to look at the model as well as the manufacturer.

For the RX 480 see the measured wattage in the graph, Guru3D is showing 168W and not 150W.

Now 168W is more than the specification allows and AMD has responded with new drivers to address

but I don't think this will have much of an impact on your decision.

Recommendation is at least 450W. Between the poor power supply quality and the low wattage, I think you are taking a big chance to fry your computer if you do this.
