Hi! My PC components:
-AMD FX-8350 (processor)
-Tesseract BF Deepcool (case)
http://www.deepcool.com/product/case/2014-04/9_824.shtml
-ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 (motherboard)
https://www.asus.com/ro/Motherboards/SABERTOOTH_990FX_R20/
I have this computer a year ago. Recently, I started having problems with CPU temperature climbs to 70 degrees and I'd like to buy a new CPU cooler.
I want a cooler that does not cost more than $ 43. I found this cooler,(Deepcool Lucifer V2 - http://www.gamerstorm.com/product/CPUAIRCOOLER/2016-03/1287_4929.shtml It is reduced from $ 52 to $ 43 )but do not know if it fits with my components, can you tell if it fits? And if it fits is the best choice you can make in this money?
I want a cooler to be quiet and that helps me to not exceed 60 degrees temperature of the processor when it is forced.
I have five fans put on case.
Thank you!

P.S.: Sorry for my bads in English.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Eduard_14 : "Hi! I need help with my PC case airflow."

In regards to fans:
Having your back fan blow cool air is all wrong and causing a very disruptive airflow path.
Cool air should enter from front/bottom of case and exit the top/back of case.

Since your have only 1 front intake fan slot and you have 2 vertically stacked side fan slots this is how you should configure your fans:
Front : intake (cold air in)
Top 1&2: exhaust (hot air out)
Back: exhaust
Side-Top: leave empty
Side-bottom: intake

Go ahead and try this configuration and see what it does to your temps.

If you still need a better cooler then the hyper 212 evo is very popluar and only $35 but it is huge so make sure it fits your case. Another good, smaller option is the Cryorig h7
