I currently have:
i3-2100 3.1GHz
DH61WW Intel Motherboard
4GB RAM
450W PSU
I ordered a RX 4602GB OC ("http://www.sapphiretech.com/productdetial.asp?pid=564F5C30-3C6E-4D3F-A94F-F4936742DADD&lang=eng")
After plugging in the graphic card the display stopped working. It did not show BIOS or the normal startup. I already tried resetting the BIOS, and tried a 550W PSU . Is it possible that the motherboard does not support the card?

Solution
If you can try updating the BIOS on the motherboard first (using the build in Intel graphics to be able to see stuff, or use your old GPU)
I am able to run a RX460 2GB on a Z68 board which is the same generation as a H61, ablit with different features.
