As some of the other comments state, you'll pick RAM based on your motherboard and CPU combo. For z270, you'll need DDR4, then you'll need to pick RAM speed based on which CPU you have. Off the top of my head, for Skylake / Kaby Lake, you need either DDR 2133 or DDR 2400 to match the CPU, and if you intend to overclock, then you need to pick RAM that's spec'd for higher speeds than your CPU needs.
The 1xx and 2xx motherboards for intel skylake and Kabylake switched from DDR3 memory to DDR4 style memory so you need that generation of memory for modern mothebroards.

Now if you are asking if there is specific ram more optimised for z170 or z270 then no. Assuming you are compairing the same speed of ram, any DDR4 memory from say GSKILL will work just as well as any one from Kingston, Crucial, Corsair, etc.
