I'm gonna play games on 1080p.
I currently have a ps4 and I'm planning to replace it with this build pc. Till how much time will i be able to play games at playable quality before upgrading even 1 of the components. And is it beneficial to replace my already bought ps4 with this build?

Solution
1.CPU is good latest games(and future ones) will require at least a quad core processor. More and more games are now supporting multi threading and are optimized for multiple cores. However in the future, the mother board may not support newer graphic cards (if later on you wish to buy a new one) as its already ageing. So, it's better to go for something like i5 6600k or an AMD equivalent.
2. Do you actually require a 3GB graphic card? Graphic card VRAM enables smooth gameplay at high resolutions. So if you have a monitor resolution of around 720p/1080p you may want to go with a 2GB equivalent.
3. The first thing you may have to upgrade a few years later would be RAM. Games like Battlefield 1 need 16GB of RAM(recommended), while most...

If you are on a tight budget I would suggest you to go for a better CPU (i5 6600k)and save a few bucks taking a 2GB GPU. Graphic cards get outdated faster than processors, so taking a newer version of processor will ensure that the rig goes on for a longer time. Also upgrading graphic cards is easier than upgrading the processor.

Thx for your really helpful answer, but I'm still kind of confused.i have a budget of 60000 inr,10000 more than the required in bill.So buying a 3gb vram isn't a problem.so i only need to buy another processor that u mentioned? Or something else too.And also please atleast give me a timespan that for how much time will this build with the processor u mentioned will go on giving me 45+ fps without decreasing the quality to lowest one

Any day, the i7 build is better than the i5 4th gen build
As of now, i7 build is better, but keeping in mind that you want a future proof pc, I suggest stick to i5 6600 or similar. Also :
Firstly, if you buy i5 6600k or i7, you will have to change the motherboard and depending on motherboard, you may have to change RAM type(DDR3/DDR5 etc).
Secondly I don't think i7 4th generation is recomended as- 1. 4th gen i7 motherboard support for later graphic cards may be questionable (its now outdated and you need a pc which will go on for a long time) and 2. I don't think the total is going to come for less than 60,000 as the cost of a new i7 4790 processor alone is around 25,000.
So on the whole, I feel i5 6600k should be good enough. You have to find a compatible motherboard for it. And for the next three years the build should be able to give you good frame rates on medium-high settings, and most latest games should run on ultra
Lastly, before buying check from the seller if all parts are compatible with each other.

I cannot recommend a build because I would have to check and double check everything. i5 6600k accpets LGA 1151 socket. The best way to build a pc would be to go to the shop and ask the person there about the motherboard/ graphic card compatibility. Here is a build I found : ("https://in.pcpartpicker.com/b/r8dXsY")
And a thread which shows which graphic card will be the best with i5 6600K : ("http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3152048/gpu-pair-6600k-1080p.html")
