Im currently running a I-7 6700K Processor, Nvidea GeForce 960, Z170A MSI motherboard, 16 Gigs Ram, 450W power supply. Im looking to stablize my FPS because on some of my games its completely crazy. League of Legends is by far the wildest but I've made sure to update all my drivers, GPU, Motherboard, CPU, and i've even redownloaded a couple games. Any idea's guys?

Are you sure it's your fps and not lag/high ping in a game like LoL?

I know LoL has a fps option you can check to have it run while you game (at least they did a couple years back when I played), but I never liked it. I was more into using FRAPS to log fps when I benched something or thought my fps was low. This way at least your fps were logged and you could see where things dip/hang.

Have you checked the temps of your GPU? As long as it's not hitting upwards of 90C, you should be good. Same with your CPU, it shouldn't be getting over 80C.

The temps are good and Im using Razer cortex to Check my FPS. As for the ping, I'm currently in Germany playing on a American Server but before i did all my upgrades is was a base comp with only the Graphics card and I was running a steady 120 fps. my ping is only 120ms so it aint all bad. Im just trying to figure out why i get better stability on my laptop then on my desk top.
