Wondering what mobo to get

So I'm in the process of building my first gaming PC. I want it to be 1080p ULTRA capable. The parts I have so far are :
i5 6500 sky lake
650w 80+ bronze
Crucial Ballistic 2x8gb
WD 1TB HDD
Sandisk 120gb SSD
MSI GTX 1060 Gaming 6gb
NZXT Red/Black s340
MOBO : ????
I am deciding between MSI z170 m3 and the MSI H170 gaming m3. I will not be over clocking or attempting SLI in the future. Which is better to get?

FYI:

Depending on what framerate you want, the 1060 will not be able to perform at 1080p on ultra settings without loosing frames on gpu intesive games.

That Sandisk 120gb SSD, if that is the newer Sandisk Plus and not an older Sandisk Ultimate then dont, those are crappy drives. Stick with the tried and true samsung evo.
