Making my friends PC,
i know how to build it and ive got most of the build lined up apart from the processor choice.

Ive got a budget for 535-585 for the whole pc.

(Already paid for 64 bit windows 10)

Currently my choice has been The FX8350 but ive been receiving alot of bad reviews about it, what should i go for?

He said he only really wants to play overwatch on the PC and hes going to be using a 60hz moniter so aslong as its stable without dropping more than 10 FPS, it wont matter too much.

Solution
Ryzen will be out on March 3rd at the latest. They have a conference with a title "optimizing applications for the newly released ryzen CPU" or something like that on March 3rd
dont not bother with FX series CPU's you will pay same price for FX8350 then a more powerful I5 6500

The Pentium G4560 is also an option. It's a Kaby Lake Processor with hyperthreading (four threads) for half the price of the Core i3 at around the same specs just a slightly lower clock sped - 3.5 GHz as opposed to 3.7/3.9 (6100/7100) And since you picked a 200 series chipset for the guy, he could always upgrade to an i5 later.

Never seen a i5 for the same price as a fx8350 or even near. fx8350 being £140 and the i5 you said being £200
