Hello, guys! A few days ago I discovered my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU (GTX 1060). I did some research on the internet and I got few variants:
1) Buy a new CPU (Intel i5 7600k, new mobo, DDR4 ram ) and atm I don't have the money to make this acquisition.
2) Overclocking the actual CPU but I never did this before so I need a lot of help :D.

Below I will show you my PC specs:

AMD Vishera, FX-8320 3.5GHz
ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0
Cooler CPU Scythe Ninja 4
GPU GTX 1060

^ here is my PC spec. So I wanna know how much I can push the CPU and if is inflicting any risk and if is worth ofc.

Solution
I wouldn't OC on that board at all , has a poor thermal and power design.

"For cooling the CPU and its surrounding components, please install a CPU cooler with a top-down blowing design."
That is why they have this warning for 125w CPU's.

Actually, I will upgrade in short time my PC with that Intel i5 7600k but I don't know what mobo and ram ddr4 to buy( for hard gaming 6 hours+ / day).I don't want to buy a cheap bad mobo but not something with the same price at CPU if you understand what I'm saying :D. Some suggestions?

Generally speaking, more expensive motherboards are not more reliable or stable, they just have different numbers of ports and slots, and might have different onboard solutions for things like audio and LAN. A $50 board will be no more or less reliable than a $500 board, as they're usually made in the same facility with the same components.

Food for thought, an i5 7600K + Z270 board (required for overclocking) + aftermarket heatsink will probably be both more expensive and slower than an i7 7700 + B250 board. You could also go with something like an i5 7500 + B250 board for even less.

Example:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($197.99 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($73.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: GeIL EVO POTENZA 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($82.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $354.96

Swap out the i5 7500 for a 7700 if you want, and the total is $466. For comparison, here's a basic 7600K build:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($238.95 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z270P-D3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($110.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: GeIL EVO POTENZA 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($82.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $467.80

^ So the i5 7600K is actually a hair more expensive than the i7 7700.
