Not well.
1) You have a DUAL-CORE CPU
- that's the main problem as the game uses a lot of CPU. It's roughly HALF of an FX-4300

2) GPU:
Not sure if you have Dual Graphics setup (APU's GPU + R7-250) but the 1GB of VRAM is probably problematic. You can likely find a LOW setting that works though even if you had a good CPU I don't know how good it would look.
3) Can You Run It?

Useful Tool. In general, I recommend not playing any game unless you are at least a little ABOVE the minimum specs.
Let it scan your system. Note the MINIMUM CPU: AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor
*Surprisingly your CPU is better. About 2x the performance per core but HALF the cores (so TOTAL is about the same but per-core is always more important than total). I honestly don't know if you'd have a good experience or not though because very few people test on the LOWEST settings.
Summary:
With that computer, in general, I would avoid almost any demanding title. It's okay for light gaming such as Torchlight, Diablo, possibly Dirt 2/3 when tweaked settings properly, and even some good older games like Half Life 2.
