Hey guys,

I just bought my new pc , and i just installing Windows 10 without problems . Then Windows 10 was installed but i needed the network drivers of course.I went to msi site (my motherboard is a z270 Krait Gaming) and i installed "Intel_Network_skl".

When i was installing the driver it apears a problema "There is an issue with Microsft*Windows* 10 that prevents the Intel(R) Advanced Network Services (Intel(R) ANS) feature from working correctly. You may install the feature, although you will be unable to create Intel(R) ANS Teams and VLANs. Do you wish to install the feature?"

And if i continue i still dont have Internet.

Need help D:

Thx.

I'm having the same problem with AORUS Ultra Gaming MB. Using the CDs installer program, it fails to install. When I try to update driver through device manager it finds the driver on the CD, but times out during update.

[SOLVED]

So I finally figured out how to fix this on my rig.

Without the network adapter working, my troubleshooting searches were limited to my phone, and any file downloads I needed were limited to when I could use my wife's computer. So after a day and a half of trying EVERYTHING with the supplied driver CD and every option in Win10, I finally confiscated my wife's computer and downloaded everything I could find.

Installing the latest Intel chipset drivers fixed it. After the install, the computer needs to restart. Once it came back up, the network was done and self-installed with the latest drivers present (from all my previous attempts.) In fact, the first sign that it was working was the "network discovery options" window that popped up!

Looking back at some of the suggestions, installing chipset drivers was already suggested. Here's what brick to the head I needed : install the LATEST AVAILABLE DRIVERS ONLINE for the chipset. Yes, I know that should have been a common sense no brainer... But to be operating without direct connection the internet, my thought process skipped that obvious connection. I did install the chipset drivers... I installed them over and over... from the shipped CD... DOH!

Just for the record, here's what did NOT work:
- reinstalling OS
- uninstalling and reinstalling (supplied) drivers in different orders
- installing new drivers from internet specifically for Intel Ethernet Connection i219-V
- creating a new Win10 install USB with the latest build from MS and reinstalling the OS
- cursing, crying, swearing, and mashing the keyboard buttons really hard as I type

Anyway, I hope my dumb oversight helps anyone who might be dealing with the same issue.

Have joy,
Woody
