Help Forza Horizon 3 in Windows Store Can't Download

I started playing the new game Forza Horizon 3. Then I did things I regretted and I wanted to reset it. I deleted the Forza Horizon directory and now when I go to the microsoft store it says play and not download. Can anyone out there in cyberspace help me?

Yah It pops up with the top bar with the X minimize and stuff like that. But then it just shuts down.

Well crap, the thing is, it all cloudsaves whether you like it or not so this isn't even going to fix your problem.
