Need to upgrade my CPU. Which is the best I can get?

Hi, now i have a i3 3220 (very old, i know) and i wanted to renew it. I have a Socket 1155 LGA, with DD3 8GB of RAM, and i wanted to know which is the best CPU i can get withouth changing my Motheboard (i don't know why, but i heard this Socket doesn't support ''K'' CPU's, im not that good on hardware so i'm a little bit lost). I have a GTX975 btw

Your motherboard does not support overclocking. If you want an upgrade, you can go with i5 3570 or i7 3770. If you require more processing power for let say streaming, go with the 3770. But for casual gaming, 3570 is good enough.

Look at the cpu support list for your motherboard.
I have little doubt that you can install a I7-3770K.
That is the strongest cpu a lga155 socket motherboard can run.
It has a higher stock clock than other options.
You just will not be able to overclock a H61 chipset.
