Is this Laptop good for gaming?

Hello, I have been a console gamer since I started on Nintendo 64 and now on my PS4. However I always wanted to play games that are only on PC or simply because many if not all games on PC can be modded. So my question to you computer gurus is, is this laptop a good gaming system? Will I be able to run Fallout 4 on it (want to use mods)? I play a lot of RPGs and that would probably be mostly what I use it for as well as Guild Wars 2 and possibly World of Warcraft. Games like that are what I am interested in playing on PC in which I cannot on console or for the matter that mods are very limited on PS4. I don't really want to spend more than 800 dollars on a computer at this time, but I do want to get the best out of the system. Link

Sorry I meant as much as the laptop I have linked which is about 800 Dollars.

Thanks. Like I said I would play mainly RPGs and mmorps. Would finally be able to play the first Witcher game without any issues I hope. Guild Wars 2 is on my list of games I want to play.

Is there an 800 dollar desk top that is better? I am not all that big on building my own.
