toshiba satellite responeds slowely to any task, tried cc cleaner so far no improvement also tried tweaker windows repair ran for 17 hr program stuck task 2 never happened when i used it on other laptops/notebooks i have little monies what is the best free fix that might help solve my problem?

try windows disk defragmenter. (start, type disk defragmenter, open it. one by one, select every disk, and click 'defragment') i would recommend running it weekly, or at least monthly.
