Is my PSU enough?

The power supply is fine if you're using 1070s with single 8 pin PCI-E power connections. Some factory overclocked cards will need an 8 pin and a 6 pin or 2 x 6 pins and the GQ 650 only has 2 x 8 pin connections.
So quality is fine and it's plenty of power but I still wouldn't use adapters with it. Single 8 pin powered cards are fine.

The Founders Edition requires a single 8 Pin cable to power it. You would be good with 2.
The GTX 1070 Gaming 8G requires an 8 pin and a 6 pin. You don't have enough cables for 2.
Your power supply has 2 x 8 ( 6+2 ) pin connectors. They work as 8 or 6 because 2 pins are detachable.

I'm wrong. I just assumed and didn't look. Ignore anything I said about it not having enough cables. You're fine. The power supply has 4 x 8 ( 6+2 ) pin connectors. In my defense it's unusual for a 650w unit. :lol:
