Am I possibly Under-volting my CPU?

I'm currently running an i7-5820k @ 4.3ghz 1.18V, 1.920 VCCIN.. With a H115i Extreme. After 1 hour of Aida64 my hottest core was 64c.

I dont think so. H115i Extreme's are REALLY good, so 64 is actually pretty fantastic for 4.3GHz. I think if you look up "i7-5820k Overclocks" you might get a better idea of when to adjust the voltage. For now, with those temps, you look fine!
