Should I buy a 240gb ssd but get rid of my RX 480 (for a 460 or 470) or get the 120gb ssd and keep the rx 480?

I know 240gb ssds are almost always better deals but SSD prices are rising currently. I'm working with a very tight Budget and can't go past 850 including windows and the monitor ( I already had the ram and keyboard already, so it must be a skylake or better build). So I began to thing id get a 120gb ssd for now to pair with my 1tb HDD instead of the 240 which costs upwards of 80$ (they were 60 ish last year when I priced it out)

Well... A smaller SSD will not effect game performance, and a lower tier graphics card will... So ya, for me easy peasy, go with the smaller SSD, put windows on it and whatever game you're currently playing, like you said use the 1Tb for backup and most programs and games. Windows will boot faster and will be slightly more responsive, and games will be nicely nicely thank you. SSD once windows load is mostly for game loading screens, they are smaller, but most games are still designed around mechanical drive speeds so mechanical drive speeds are all right. In game itself, very little difference when loaded from a SSD or HDD.

120 gig SSD and keep the rx480. I wouldn't even downgrade the GPU for an SSD of any size if I had the choice. Your HDD may be slower but it still gets the job done. 120 gig SSD will hold Windows and many other programmes. Just remember to set Windows to store pictures, music etc. onto Hard Drive.
