Can bent motherboard pins cause a ram issue?

Hello i have a question on some ram issues.
full build
i7-6700k
msi z170a gaming m7
16 gb kinston savage 2400 mghz
sapphire rx480
1tb wd blue
240gb amd ssd
120gb kingston v300
corsair h115
corsair rm 1000x
So to start of my motherboard will not boot with the ram sticks in slots 3 and 4 in any combination, they seem to just not be working at all, giving me an error code of 00 4c 55 0d 19. I believe it to be because while installing a hyper 212 evo before i got the h115, i tightened it too tight and bent one of the motherboard pins out of place. Why i think this is the problem is because when i had my old h60 installed slots 3 and 4 were working just fine. here are some images of the mobo pin

taken on a phone so not the best quality but was wondering if any of you have any insight if that could be my issue? And what would be the best way to fix it if it does turn out to be the problem?

Yes bent pins can cause all kinds of issues and you have two at least. You can carefully align and bend the pins back with a toothpick. Don't try to RMA as bent pins are considered a user cause.
If that don't fix your problem then run Memtest86 from a USB stick to check your RAM modules.
Qcode 00 is difficult to establish. 55 means no RAM installed and 19 is pre memory System agent has started. So yea there's a problem with RAM. It's now establishing the cause.

3 bent pins judging from 1st photo, but only 2 by 2nd photo. Is the pc actually booting at all?

yes the pc boots just fine with the ram in slots 1 and 2 but not at all with any ram in slots 3 and 4.

Usually if pins are bent pc will not boot at all. Well, since you only have 2 sticks of RAM (right?), I would put them in slots 1 and 2 and just keep it that way. Because if you try fixing the bent pins you just have a good chance of making problem worse - it's easy to break pin with a slip of tool.
But if you're not afraid of consequences feel free to try.

You can also blow out the DIMM slots with compressed air from a canister in case of contamination and clean the Module terminals with Isopropyl Alcohol 95%. Do this only with PSU system power off.
Use Memtest86 from a USB stick to eliminate a possible DIMM failure.

Hey just thought i would give an update on my situation, i decided to bend the pins back in place, and after about an hour of staring through a magnifying glass i was able to get both ram slots working again. Thank you so much for the information and help.
