Can my pc run watch dogs 2??

I recently bought a pc having the following specs-

Cpu_i5 4460
Gpu_gtx 960 amp!
Ram_8gb 1600mhz
Mobo_h81m gaming 3

So can I run watch dogs 2 on high - ultra settings in 1080p??If yes then what fps should I expect??

It depends what settings you would play it on. I wouldn't play it on Ultra if I were you just because of the really low frame rate.But you could play it on higher settings at 50-60 fps,and it would still look awesome.But going with an rx 480 would be really good for Ultra on higher frame rates.
