It's OK, although I would go for the much better looking P400 TEMPERED, and pick a better power supply than the FSP made G1 650 watts. The SeaSonic EVO 620 watts butchers it and also costs noticably less.

I'd also recommend RX 480 + FreeSync monitor everytime.

whats your max budget? and what sorts of games are you looking at playing? As there might a bit of room to tweak a few things in there to get some more performance.

But as it stands it still looks like a good setup anyway. Also are you wanting an OS like windows 10 to be included along with your peripherals like the monitor and keyboard
