It's impossible to correctly answer a question that is incorrectly stated. First understand that these are theoretical numbers. Due to processing overhead they will never be reached in real world applications. 1 Giga = 1000 Mega "bps" means bits per second while "Bps" means bytes (8 bits) per second.
