My hard drive properties say I've used more space than the properties of all my folders save to the drive.

I installed windows recently on an SSD. I also have a 1TB HDD and have ~600mb of autocad DWG files on it. When I click on properties on the drive, it says there are 92.3GB used. System restore is turned off and WinDirStat shows there are 621.2MB of data on the drive

It could be that when some data was deleted the sector bitmap wasn't updated to show the sectors as unallocated again. Usually, I've seen this happen to external hard drives that get disconnected without always doing safe eject. Given that you've only got a few hundred MB of data on there, I'd suggest you copy that off, format the drive, and then copy it back.
