AMD with graphics card vs intel

Hi!
Im about ro build a new pc and I don't know what cpu to use.
The only differance I've noticed is that intel uses intergrated graphics. But I'm going to use a strong graphics card so will a intel be unnecessary.

I also suggest waiting for Ryzen. If you have to build today, buy Intel because the processor is much faster, not because it has integrated graphics. If you can wait a month then see how Ryzen compares to Intel's offerings.
