The question is simple. I have a PC with anima apii600 PSU, and i have bought a refurbished Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce. Apart from the connectors (I have molex and sata adaptors), is that PSU enought to move that Nvidia? I know that I should upgrade it, but I would want to know if both elements can work together without being broken or continously crashing.

Anima has +12V 33A on rail, and 600w total.

Thanks!!

Technically yes it should work. Although it would be cutting it really with a max of 396w on the 12V line. It is more than likely going to crash alot due to it only being able to push 396w on the 12v. I highly recommend going with a 650w PSU preferably 80+ gold. I wouldn't ever trust a PSU from Anima. Btw the recommended wattage for the 670 is 500w and the card itself pushes 170w.

Your GPU needs 1x 6-pin and 1x 8-pin power connector from PSU. I'm just thinking on how do you plan to power your GPU without said connectors coming out of your PSU?

As far as wattage goes, at least 550W PSU is recommended when using Gigabyte GV-N670OC-2GD GPU.

For new PSU, i suggest good quality Seasonic G-550,
