Hello there. so I've got my old Xbox 360 wired controller connected to my PC I've installed the latest drivers and everything and it lights up on 1. just how it would normally do, my PC detects my controller perfectly it even shows up on Device Manager as a Xbox 360 Controller for windows. but I can't calibrate it. it doesn't work I even tried pressing all buttons on the "Test" tab but it doesn't work, and when I open up a game I can't play with my controller

Any fixes? Thanks in advance! :)

Here's what I did when I ran into strange issues with the controller:
1) Unplugged the controller
2) Restarted the system
3) Started Steam
4) Plugged in the controller and made sure Windows recognized it
5) Started Rocket League
6) Mashed Start on the controller until Rocket League found it
