Hey I'm thinking of building my own gaming PC I wanted to know if all these parts work well together

Case: SilverStone Primera Series SST-PM01BR-W

Graphics card: ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Dual-fan OC Edition VR Ready Dual HDMI DP 1.4 Gaming Graphics Card

Power supply: EVGA 600 B1 100-B1-0600-KR 80+ BRONZE 600W

MEMORY (RAM): CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB)

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-H110M-S2H (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel H110 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX

Processer (CPU): Intel Core i5-6500 6MB Skylake Quad-Core 3.2 GHz

The case supports upto a 16.5 inch long video card so your fine with that. Your RAM doesn't state DDR4 nor speed so its the only issue I see. All the rest works together so just make sure its DDR4 2133 or higher RAM should be fine.
