PLEASE help me choose the better computer

Solution

Because Ryzen uses a new archetecture/socket, it will require different motherboards and memory. So once it comes out, post another comment and we will help you out then.

None of them. Now is the worst time to buy a pc and definitely stay away from custom prebuilts under $500. AMD will have ryzen cpu released in early march. Those fx builds will be noticeably slower in gaming. Just wait. I started getting parts together one by one last spring. The last part I bought was my gtx 1070 that launched in early summer.

Ryzen will compete well and perform somewhere between Intel's i5's and i7's. Those fx series cpu's will struggle to keep up with i3's.
That Radeon HD video card is extremely outdated. Look up reviews about the rx470. A good sub $200 gpu.

Some parts that are hardware agnostic are the PC Case, NZXT is a good brand for a ATX spec midtower. Another piece that doesn't care what other parts you get later is a 2.5" Sata SSD. The Samsung 850 EVO is probably the best performing before getting into the expensive realm.

Solution
People are hyping up Ryzen to be more than it is, sure, in the high end their CPUs look set to knock the socks off Intel for value rendering systems, but there's no way that they're going to get near the Pentium G4560, that's i3 performance for $70.
The cooler on this GPU is very basic, so you won't want to overclock it, but its a fantastic deal.

Agreed none of these builds are good.

The FX lineup is now 5 years old.
The hyperthreaded kabylake pentiums can beat the fx-8350 in most games due to how old and inefficient the architecture is:

This will be at out all of those builds AND be more upgradeabile:

More effiecent CPU that will do most everything faster, better memory, bettery power supply, better case, better hard drive
