Hello, I hope someone can help me. I don't know MUCH about computers but I know a little. I got a laptop that every time I turned it on it said "No media device, check wires". I "got" windows 10, took Rufus, and made a bootable drive. Through much time I was able to start it up. But along the line someone had said on a forum to access terminal and delete the volume that the hard drive was occupying. So windows opened onto this 8gb flash drive. Now I can access windows and have re-created the partition, volume, even assigned letter for the hard drive. The reason I'm on this forum is that now that I can see the hard drive, it isn't functional. Its format is "RAW" and every time I try to reformat it, it gives me a error. I just want to take the USB and clean install the windows 10 ISO I have on the newly partitioned hard drive. But every time I tried before making the USB bootable, it gave me a "driver missing" error. Please help if you can.
