Peripherals or a better graphics card?

I am on a maximum budget of $1500.
The games I want to play will be Battlefield 1 and Watch dogs 2 (Both on Ultra)
Ive hit a roadblock and thats choosing between quality peripherals or going down from a 1080 to a 1070.
My monitor is at $225 so basically my budget is $1375 total.

You can get peripherals later down the line, components are a much bigger investment.
This goes a little over, but is the best value in your price range.
The case you listed is poor quality, get the S340 instead.

Regardless your peripherals right now are fantastic, I wouldn't worry about them if I were you, actually not sure what you could even possibly upgrade to.
Only thing I can see is maybe getting a Deathadder Elite, as that's my favourite mouse.

Nah, with a budget of $1500 including monitor, you're not going to get a 1080 in unless you sacrifice the SSD and some crucial components like 8GB of RAM, a standard i5 etc.
You need a 1440p 144hz screen remember.
