Looking for a PC build with moniter and headset
already got the keyboard and mouse.

Budget is £900 pounds don't ride on it but you can get as close as you like. Im expecting to be able to play atleast 2 of the games on this list at a constant 60fps

Nah, you can't transfer Windows between PCs. :(
Get Windows from Kinguin or G2A for something like $20, and pay extra for buyer protection, as some copies can be illegitimate.
Goes a touch over, but well worth it.

I didnt mean to change any other options on the list, literally I put that budget there so that i had extra money on the side for one last upgrade to the system, my real MAXIMUM budget is slightly higher but i wanted to ensure that i wouldnt have any issues funding my pc.
 
Right, be sure to format the laptop drive AFTER you get the PC up and running with OS and software installed on the SSD.
