It is a pretty good build. It can even do VR if you would like to do that and can run games at pretty high settings at good frame rates.Maybe just a cooler case like this one:http://amzn.to/2kFiype could tie into the white and black theme a bit better.

1. I'd pick a concurrent platform:

6600k w/ Z170
7600k w/ Z270

2. DDR4-3200 CAS 16 has the same latency and is $100, saves $15

DDR4-3200 CAS 16 = 16 x 100 / 3200 = 5.00 ns
DDR4-3000 CAS 15 = 15 x 100 / 3000 = 5.00 ns

3. I'd give up the SSD + HD ($153) in exchange for an $72 SSHD if ya can throw a few more $$ in to get a 1070. After all, ya not going to fit more than 2-3 games on the SSD ... everything else will be on that very slow external drive.

Saves $80

4. Not excited about the G1 PSU, this saves another $39

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094

5. Ya save $134 which gets you to $354 ... $26 more gets you a GTX 1070 which literally blows the doors off (62% faster) the 1060 3GB

You'll want a 144hz monitor as your next upgrade.

i dont want that small of a case and i figured when i have the money i will upgrade the memory for another SSD and i was told that the external was pretty good didnt know it was bad and i was told that the power supply was really good as well by someone online that if you could put alittle extra cash in for the gold so i did and i dont really feel the need for an I7 because i didnt have the extra 100 dollars for the cpu or the gpu! at the time

ok sounds good i dont really wanna go under 600 watts tho and dont want a bronze certification anything else you can think of

What do you mean?
Okay, this is the core thing you need to know about power supplies, 80+ certification is generally an indication of a somewhat compotent power supply, although there are many absolutely awful budget ones.
However, higher rating does not make any crucial difference, only a few percent more efficiency which might save you 10c over the course of a year.
As long as it is a good quality unit, it doesn't matter.
The power supply I included above will support a 1070 and i7 just fine(It'll only draw about 450w under load realistically), and is based on the GB Bronze platform from Seasonic, most likely the best power supply OEM in the business (top two with Super Flower).
Very reliable, don't worry.

Since it looks like you are going for the black and white theme the Phanteks Eclipse Series P400would nicely go with that.

My build is $35 more expensive than yours, but I still included external 1Tb hdd as you wanted. But again I would recommend against it, better off using internal HDD as your SSD won't fit much.

i7, GTX 1070, 16Gb ram, M.2 gen 3.0 supported motherboard, M.2 SSD samsung evo, 600W certified psu and usb 3.0 front panel casing, all with $35 more expensive. I think its really worth the $35 upgrade. Here is the reason:

i7 vs i5. Do you know i5 have started to meet their end against new AAA games such as Battlefield 1, farcry primal, Mafia 3 and watch dogs 2. Here is a youtube link that show how i5 actually bottleneck since gtx 970
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s42gvVS77dU&t
Some conservative said its the game maker fault, they just do not realize its time to move forward. 4 thread optimization has started since 2012 (Tomb Raider) and its a wonder they expect better game but with the same hardware. Its the era of 8 thread.

You have M.2 slot, why make use of it?. It will save more room in that tiny case for another drive.

GTX 1070 6Gb vs GTX 1060 3Gb. no need to say more, right?

Don't worry about 600W 80+ bronze, it will do its job well against this build, even have extra room for overclock and add more device later.

Good luck

thank you i will not be going with the I7 becuase i dont play those types of games and dont have that kind of money to spend on the cpu i will stick to the all white case for my build as i was going for an all white and small parts black and i didn't mean to put the external i will fix that right away i also dont have that kind of money to spend on the GPU as well that is why i went with the 1060 i will as soon as i can upgrade the GPU tho to that or the 8 GB of the 1060 you helped me tons thank you

I wouldn't say its the best, but it definitely not deserved to be called poor. Here are reviews on it:
https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/EVGA/600B/11.html
http://www.hardocp.com/article/2016/04/28/evga_600b_entry_level_power_supply_review/9

It definitely able to serve the build with extra room for extra drive.

Reviews don't give you all the facts, their voltage regulation is sub par compared to other offerings for the same price, why would you not go with an S12II or updated CXM PSU?
It actually costs more than the 430w S12II, and the same as the S12II 620w, there is 0 reason to go for it.
They're made by HEC, use budget components and can get quite noisy.
