So I want to Overclock this APU, but when I get to a certain voltage point on AMD Overdrive, it will not allow me to increase the speed and instead drop down to 3.7 and stay there until I drop the voltage down.
Question I have to ask is if the power supply I am using not allowing it or is my mobo just not fit to handle it?

Mobo: MS-7778 (JasmineR)
PSU: 750W, plus another one mainly to my CPU, which is 300W.
