I just ordered a Coolermaster 212 LED and a extra 120mm fan to make it dual fan, I am currently running my system with a Powercolor Red Dragon RX 480 4gb which has dual fans built in, I have 5 case fans installed, a AMD FX 6300 3.5ghz, one 8 gb stick of DDR3 1600mhz ram, i have a CD/DVD RW, and i use a usb 2.0 keyboard and mouse. I have a 128GB SSD, along with a 1TB WD Blue, and i also have a Thrustmaster TMX plugged in at all times. Would a 700w power supply be good enough to overclock my processor to 4.5ghz and run the dual fans? A quick reply would be appreciated wants to order tonight but needs some reassurance before i order. If the 700 is not good enough what would you reccomend? I was planning on choosing a Thermaltake TR2 700w or a Raidmax Hybrid 2 RX.

700w is more than enough but both models you listed are very poor and pose a possible danger to the health of the other components. You'd be better off buying a better quality 550w(still plenty for the specs) unit than a poor quality 700w unit.
