Output dedicated GPU video through motherboard video outputs?

I want to display my GPU's video output through one of my motherboard's video slots. I have an IGPU that is less than capable for games but if there is a way I can route my dedicated card's video through it that would be fantastic.

Is there anyway I can do this? I found a software called Lucid Virtu MVP but it's no longer supported and will not install because my processor is Devils canyon as opposed to Ivy/Sandy Bridge.

My dedicated card is a GTX 950, and I've gone into my BIOS to enable IGPU multimonitor.

Why do you want to do this? What problem are you trying to solve.

The short answer is you can't. The Motherboard video outs are connected to the CPU iGPU. Enabling that iGPU multimonitor in the BIOS will allow you to use BOTH the onboard (CPU) graphics from the motherboard outputs AND your GTX 950. But the outputs would need to be connected to different monitors. That can be handy when you want to run more monitors than your GPU supports, but it doesn't work for you.

I ask again though, can you explain why you're trying to do this... because there's almost certainly better ways to address your actual problem.

I'm working on a project that requires that I work in a particularly small and very unconventional case. It would be easier to use existing cutouts for the motherboard I/O than to make new ones for the graphics card. I was just hoping for something to make the project a little bit easier. Just sort of put the card in, make cutouts for air flow and let it be.

So your graphics card is inside the case with no exposed video connections to the outside? Weird.

But as said, NO. I do know about the Lucid method and did test it. THAT did work though with some loss.

You'll want to create at least one hole to connect a video cable to the appropriate connector on the dGPU (GTX950).

Yeah I need the 950. I was intending to use it as my personal machine and though the on board graphics had surprising performance in rocket league on all high 1080p (almost 30 fps o_O).

Thanks for trying guys. The extra work wont be too bad, I was just a bit hopeful

OK, well good luck.

My only other suggestion would be a PCIe rizer cable and a HDMI (or whatever) extension cable. That'd allow you to position the 950 somewhere else slightly, and use the extension cable to route out somewhere you can access. That much of a hack is probably more work than just putting an extra hold in your case though.

I was going to have to use a rizer cable anyways, in addition to the extra hole. The case does not have have a lot of space perpendicular to the board ;-;
