It's very hard question for masters of hardware.It's not simple question like-"What is faster core i3 530 or core i5 6500?".I choise ram for 7700k and this processor have dual mode.
I have two variants:16x2 hyper x Fury 2133 it can oc till 2666mhz on dual mode
Or hyperx Savage 3000mhz 8x4 it can't oc.What will be faster?

An i7 7700K only has integrated memory controller with two channel so 4 stick of RAM doesn't make it a quad channel, it's still dual channel mode (128-bit).
Theoretical bandwidth:
2666 dual channel = 42.6 GB/s
3000 dual channel = 48 GB/s

Bandwidth wise, it's obvious which one is faster.
