Fan connectors on mother board

So I have a asrock h110m-hds and just found out it has only one fan connector and I have 2 fans I have a big one that's on the inside of my computer under the harddrive slots and I have another one near the back of my case inside though where the CPU is my case is Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case FBM-01 off of amazon! What fan should I use
