Pc won't turn on with continuous short beeps.

My computer shut down randomly while watching a youtube video and now it won't turn on. It beeps continuously with short little beeps without any display. I have tried moving the ram to different slots, cleaning up connections to the graphics card and re plugged in all connections. I believe the problem lies in the cpu as when I start it up all fans except for the cpu heatsink spin.

Hello... If the CPU fan won't spin/turn... there will be a 'beep" warning... also the motherboard BIO's will not let it "bootup"... I think you found your problem B / I would check the CPU fan connection to the MB or try another 4 wire fan in it's place. Your MB could be trying to "protect" your CPU with this warnings. B )

There is a short and long duration (pulse) to the "Beep Code" if you can locate the master code table for your MB/system.
