Hi Im New To The Community and id like to ask i replaced two caps from my Emaxx motherboard because it shuts down by itself and always goes Bluescreen i replaced the two caps and then when i tried to power it on the fans did not spin and a weird ringing noise is coming from the motherboard i cannot RMA the motherboard anymore because it past its warranty 2 months ago i cannot afford a new one so any form of help is appreciated thanks
