can i run ram with bass 1333 with different ram with bass 1600 both together at same time and would that affect on performance some how ?note: the both rams are 8gb on z97 dh3

Yes, for compatibility's sake you'd be better off with RAM as close to original as possible (dual channel and all that jazz). I thought that maybe you already had that 1600MHz RAM.
