VGA for 3d graphics programs

Hi
I wanna buy VGA for 3d graphics programs ( substance painter, zbrush, max.... Etc)
I don't know which better Nvidia or ATi
And also which better normal cards like Gtx 1050, RX 460. OR QUADRO AND FIRE PRO
My budget 150-200 $ and i found those on amazon
-Nvidia Quadro 4000 2GB Graphics
-nVidia Quadro 4000 2GB GDDR5 PCI-E x16 2.0 
-PNY NVIDIA Quadro 5000 VCQ5000-PB, 2.50 GB GDDR5 PCI Express Gen 2 x16 
-PNY NVIDIA Quadro K1200

If not, I would probably go for the Quadro 5000 - I would just like to tell you that 3D graphic programs (CAD cards) are not my expertise.
I am basing this opinion off of specifications from each card and some brief research I performed. I do conclude, however, that the 5000 could help you more in your efforts in 3D graphics programs.
